The Role

Bilingual (English and Spanish Required)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile individual to join our growing team in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that spans sales, marketing, and administration. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Will handle all medical insurances and other benefits

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Support

  • Manage incoming sales enquiries and follow up with potential clients
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and client communications
  • Support the sales team in maintaining the CRM and sales pipeline

Marketing

  • Coordinate digital and print marketing campaigns
  • Assist with social media posts, newsletters, and content updates
  • Support events, trade shows, and product launches
  • Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the team including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry
  • Manage correspondence, filing, and office supplies
  • Assist in invoicing, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Previous experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities with minimal supervision
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

    Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Marketing Communications or Sales, Admin within medical benefits, Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
  • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
