Job descriptionCoordinates with Manufacturing, QA and Logistics Department on all information that would affect Tsukiden quotation. Prepares final quotation and submits the same to the superior for approval. Provides first level information to the President the content of quotation. Updates assembly price list at the database system whenever necessary Provides work order notice to new or re-quote model to respective department before running or implementing in the production line. Responsible for receiving and reviewing technical requirement from potential and existing customer prior to new product introduction. Communicate to customers matters that will improve the cost effectiveness and efficiency of the product being quoted. Coordinate with Manufacturing and relevant department on all information that would affect customer requirement for technical data and report. Monitor and analyze machine placement time, actual assembly time versus quoted time. Ensures that requirements for Product Planning for realization requirement are satisfied before mass production. Initiate meetings to resolve issues that would affect sales / revenue. Represents the company in customer process audits. Monitors, reviews and validates actual process time comparing to quoted process time. Follows, implements and maintains the Quality Management, Environmental Management and Safety policies and procedures of the company. Requirements Graduate of BS BA or any related Marketing Course or Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering Reporting Skill Able to use MS Office Applications Attentive Can work with minimum supervision Flexible Has manufacturing experience Hardworking Strong personality Willing to render overtime With any related experience is an advantage. Responsible for receiving inquiries and request for quotations from potential customers
- Provides initial process flow to all new models as reference in the quotation
- Computes and provides quotation proposal, cost down request for approval of superior.
- Computes on necessary adjustment on Tsukiden quotation as negotiated with potential customer with consideration on desired Tsukiden business mark-up / revenue.
- Communicate to customers matters that will improve the cost effectiveness and efficiency of the product being quoted.
- Regularly measures the company's performance through the conduct of surveys.
Interprets the data and reports the result.
And prepare business contracts.
Conducts introduction meeting for new projects.
Analyze and identify where problem arises and make a corresponding conclusion.
Ensures proper housekeeping within area of responsibility.
