Job Highlights

Contract : Independent Contractor

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM (Perth Time)

Break : 30-minute unpaid break | 8 paid hours per day

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent responsiveness, and a proactive attitude. You will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks, including scheduling jobs, updating client and project details, and ensuring smooth internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule jobs, ensuring all details are accurately captured and updated in internal systems
  • Maintain and update job information, client records, and schedules in a timely and organized manner
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support operations and customer service teams
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure jobs are actioned on time
  • Provide administrative support as needed across departments

Requirements

  • Experience working for an Australian or New Zealand-based business, especially within the trades, home maintenance, or building industries
  • Prior administrative experience supporting field teams or job scheduling
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRMs, or job management software
  • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Highly responsive and dependable with excellent time management skills
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to daily tasks
