Maintenance Helper (Carpentry and Masonry)

Qualifications :

• At least high school graduate
• At least 1 year experience as carpenter and mason
• Can operate simple machines / tools
• Can do basic to advance carpentry and masonry works Job Description :
• Construct, install, maintain and repair woodwork.
• Operate a variety of tools and equipment used in the skilled carpentry trade effectively and safely.
• Plan and lay out carpentry work. Read and work from plans, blue prints, sketches, specifications and diagrams.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, carpentry, heating and cooling systems
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and rectify issues that may arise within the workday as instructed
