We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Title Processor with a strong background in real estate transactions to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing real estate closings and title work , not just support roles within real estate management companies.
This is a work-from-home (WFH) opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly organized environment and understands the ins and outs of real estate documentation and title processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of the title processing cycle for real estate transactions
- Review contracts, title commitments, closing disclosures, and related documentation
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to gather necessary documents
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal and procedural requirements
- Prepare files for closing and ensure timely submission of all paperwork
- Communicate professionally and promptly with all parties involved in the transaction
- Track deadlines and update transaction statuses throughout the process
- Maintain organized digital records of all transaction documents
