Qualifications :

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS Graduate, or ALS Graduate

Excellent English communication skills

Good computer navigational skills across multiple systems

Must be at least 18 years old

Preferably with at least 6 months of Call Center Experience (CCE)

Must be willing to create a profile on iCIMS as part of the application process
