About the roleAs a Corporate Lawyer at Double Eagle Amusement and Leisure Corporation, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and high-quality legal services to support the company's operations and growth.

This full-time position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.What you'll be doingConsult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g.

intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial / securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)Develop company policy and position on legal issuesResearch, anticipate and guard company against legal risksGuide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulationsStructure, draft and review reports and other legal documentsRepresent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.

Draft and administer all contractsNegotiate deals and attend company meetingsWhat we're looking forBachelor of Law or Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Must be a licensed Philippine Attorney in good standing.At least 3-years of experience in a legal or compliance role, with exposure to corporate law and gaming industryFamiliarity with BIR rulings, labor court practices, and SEC filings.Strong skills in Regulatory Compliance and Legal ResearchExcellent negotiation and communications skillsAdministrative and managerial skillsProactive and solution-oriented with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.What we offerAt Double Eagle Amusement and Leisure Corporation, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
