Administrative Support : ○ Answer and direct phone calls or emails, taking messages and providing information as needed. ○ Maintain contact lists and customer databases on the Company Database. ○ Distribute internal correspondence, memos, letters, and forms. ○ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. ○ Maintain a filing system, both physical and electronic.
Document Management : ○ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. ○ Develop and maintain a filing system. ○ Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
Communication : ○ Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. ○ Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. ○ Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Working Conditions :
8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, four (4) days a week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday;
