Responsibilities :

  • Operational Excellence : Develop and refine operational procedures, programs, and platforms to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Incident Management : Investigate operational incidents, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory and Commercial Compliance : Research and develop processes to ensure service compliance with industry regulations.
  • Support & Collaboration : Provide commercial and operational support across the Logistics team and other departments.
  • Quality Assurance : Create detailed event coverage reports and perform operational quality checks to maintain high standards.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree, preferably in fields such as Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
  • Foundational Knowledge : Basic understanding of Project and Operations Management principles.
  • Communication Skills : Strong command of English, with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Analytical Acumen : Exceptional numerical, logical, and analytical skills to solve complex problems.
  • Technical Proficiency : Skilled in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Flexibility : Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Location : Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
