Office Hours, Monday to Friday onlyGood Remuneration PackageCentral Working LocationAs an Assistant Director of Nursing (Community Health), you will be responsible for the following duties : Report to COO / CEO.Oversee and manage operations, including the implementation of clinical practices, nursing audits, service quality initiatives, and the integration of new technologies.Enhance and maintain nursing quality.Assess and enforce nursing policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Conduct clinical audits.Strictly adhere to nursing standards and protocols.Coordinate with regulatory authorities regarding licenses, regulations, and compliance.Work collaboratively with other team leaders to promote continuous improvement and compliance.Provide leadership and support to all managers and staff.Review and evaluate budgeting reports, financial statements, and performance metrics.Closely monitor staffing and workforce issues.Requirements : At least a Degree in Nursing.Possess minimally 8 years of management experience.Must be fully registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).To apply, simply click on the ''apply'' button in the job advertisement or alternatively, you can send in your resume via email :
