Job description

Overall Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests to the assigned outlet, receive and conduct guests to tables, ensure that they are attended to and be available for them at all times as a point of contact.
  • Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
  • Provides hands-on support to colleagues on all areas of their assigned duties ensuring highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests.
  • Reassure the guests' satisfaction upon their departure
  • Assist guest promptly with their inquiries

Functional Job Responsibilities

Function 1

  • Take outlet reservations, handle the reservation book and answer the telephone in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the service team in making necessary arrangements according to floor plan for reservations or blocking off reserved tables.
  • Responsible for providing feedback to the Restaurant Manager / Asst.

    • Restaurant Manager / Supervisors with regards to any guests' complaints ensuring prompt action will be taken.

  • Be aware of all menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet by heart in order to recommend if a guest requests.

    • Function 2

  • Assure the well-being of all guests by maintaining a close, friendly, yet discreet contact.
  • Set up the outlet prior to the business hours along with the service team.
  • Observe the cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet and the entrance area.
  • Contribute in setting up the outlets database.

    • Function 3

  • Sets a personal example for right conduct and behavior for an open eyed, respected and effective colleague of the restaurant.
  • Performs opening and closing duties as when required ensuring that the outlet will be ready for the business opening.
  • Ensures that effective link is maintained within the department.
  • Performs other duties may be assigned by the management.

  • Php17,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
