Job descriptionSupervise direct crew onsite, ensuring work execution adheres to client specification requirements and approved construction plan. Prepares reports and documents daily and submits daily or weekly reports to the client. Reports directly to the project manager for any project problems or concerns. Coordinates directly with the client's representative on monitoring the daily work. Oversees daily operations of workers and laborers. Periodic reporting on progress accomplishment to office & client. Receives materials and checks if all delivered materials are complete. Responsible for budgeting of operation money. Prepares and submits liquidations of all on-site purchases. Monitors and assists on fuel and lubricant purchases. Monitors the fuel and lubricant consumption of all equipment. Conducts survey works with the Client to verify actual conditions before start of project implementation. Attends coordination meetings together with the project manager to report on the status of the project. Resolves project problems. Communicates with the clients to explain issues and problems. Carries out QA / QC procedures according to plan

Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles.
- Has at least 5 year of experience as Field Engineer.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
