Job description

Job Qualifications :

  • Must be a BSBA Major in Management / Finance and other related courses.
  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in the role.
  • Must be a computer literate in MS Excel (knowledgeable in Vlook and Pivot table) and MS Word.
  • Preferably to have a sense of strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Preferably to have attention to detail and time management.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in the Quezon City Head Office.Job Responsibilities :
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed and other irregularities.
  • Daily preparation of collector's itinerary and collection report.
  • Contact customers via calls and emails.
  • Prepare counter receipts and statement of accounts.

Sent out invoices to customers.

  • Coordination with the sales team for customer concern and issue with their orders and payments and process account reconciliations.
  • Prepare customer's credit and debit memo form of all types such as returns, price adjustment and other deductions.
  • Prepare sales commission report on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Prepare collection status report on a weekly basis.
