The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our visual brand identity across various digital and print channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual assets that resonate with our target audience, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to : digital ads, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and more.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and translate marketing strategies into visually captivating designs.
  • Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual assets, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually elevate the quality and effectiveness of our design work.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide innovative design ideas to contribute to campaign planning and execution.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met with the highest level of quality.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of design templates and assets that streamline the creative process.

Requirements :

  • Degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a designer in a marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint to create visually appealing presentations.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as familiarity with design and prototyping tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate feedback into design improvements.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual consistency and brand integrity.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects that highlight creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and UI / UX design is a plus.
