Project & Business Execution Lead

We are seeking a seasoned engineer with a strong finance background to lead the execution of real estate projects and drive business growth on behalf of the Board of Directors.Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage property development projects from end to end
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and contractor performance
• Build and enforce internal systems (Excel expertise required)
• Execute board directives independently and with discipline
• Drive expansion initiatives and business growth
• Be an on-site operator and team leader—no hiring / firing authority, but strong influence on operationsJob Requirements
• Licensed Engineer (Civil, Industrial, or related engineering field)
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in project execution, real estate, or operations
• Strong background in finance and project controls
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (blackbelt-level skills preferred)
• Assertive, reliable, hands-on, and results-oriented
• Must be willing to relocate or be based full-time in Kabankalan City
• Open to OFW returnees or professionals seeking to contribute locally
