- Work experience as a restaurant manager, branch supervisor, preferably in high-end casual dining;
- Knowledge of food safety practices and guidelines; ? Excellence in problem solving and customer service skills;
- Proficiency in Front of the House Management and Guest Relations;
- Ability to plan, lead, organize and manage a team.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Manages food service operations or parts of operations;Combines and balances receipts at the end of the day;Enforces the Sequence and Standards of Service with no exceptions;Prevents complaints by monitoring the status of each table;Resolves customer complaints regarding food service;Processes customer bills and / or payments;Executes upselling, cross-selling, and local store marketing strategies to push menu (food and drink) products;Ensures implementation of policies and procedures for guest relations, customer handling, sales reporting, and cash handling;Monitors voids and wastage through review of POS reports;Prepares and consolidates reports required by management;Ensures complete and correct accomplishment of checklists by all restaurant staff;Accomplishes shift schedules and submits said in a timely manner;Performs personnel actions, such as hiring and firing staff, providing employee orientation and training, and conducting supervisory activities, such as creating work schedules or organizing employee time sheets;Observes and evaluates workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service, and complete disciplinary write-ups;Monitors staff breaks, rotations, tardiness, and absences;Ensures seamless communication and teamwork between front of the house and back of the house, as well as seamless transition between shifts for a delightful customer experience;Ensures day to day implementation of food safety practices, as prescribed by Company Manual;Validates bar inventory and requirements;Any other tasks that may be necessary or assigned.Salary22K - 25k plus SC and tipsSalaryPhp22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule :
