Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Associate to support our client engagement and administrative functions. This role is integral in fostering long-term partnerships, maintaining our brand presence, and ensuring efficient business operations for projects by providing support and reporting directly to the senior associate, the Business Relations Specialist.

Client & Partner Engagement
Research and identify potential business opportunities and platforms.Assist in outreach and follow-ups with prospective clients and partners.Maintain client relationships to support long-term partnerships and retention.Help with educating clients on company offerings, pricing, and benefits.Respond to client and partner inquiries as assigned.Marketing & Brand Presence
Accompany online engagements through social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).Report Google Business Account updates and respond to inquiries as assignedAssist in marketing initiatives, including advertisements and outreach campaigns.Prepare for approval : blog content, newsletters, and promotional materials to enhance business visibility.Coordinate and schedule business introductions and follow-ups for the Business Relations Specialist.Administrative & CRM Support
Support with updating Arch Deck Files, proposal folders, and service agreements.Aid in updating client records in Service Fusion and CRM systems.Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination.Provide administrative support to the Business Relations team as needed.The Profile
Required Skills / Abilities :
The ability to speak english fluentlyStrong communication and relationship-building skills.Entry level knowledge of business development and marketing strategies.Experience with CRM tools (Service Fusion preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.Must have reliable internet access and at least one back up option in the event of an outage due to natural causes or weather conditionsEducation and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent.At least 2 to 3 years related field experiences requiredPrevious experience in client relations or marketing.Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media.Background in administrative support within a business or sales environment.Experience with assisting in email and calendar management for senior associatePhysical Requirements :
