Job descriptionLEASING AND FACILITY SUPPORTPurpose of the position : The Leasing and Facility Support Officer is responsible for managing leasing operations, including tenant acquisition, contract administration, and client relations.
In addition, the role involves overseeing the upkeep of the property by coordinating and performing minor repairs and maintenance to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and in working order.Key responsibilities : Leasing Duties : Market available units to prospective tenants through various channels.Conduct property tours and respond to leasing inquiries.Prepare and process lease agreements and renewals.Maintain accurate records of tenancy and leasing transactions.Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions.Address tenant concerns and coordinate with management for resolutions.Timely collection of rent and addressing any delayed payments appropriately.Coordinate with LGU for securing permits and other compliance requirementsFacility Maintenance Support : Perform or coordinate minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, fixing door hinges, replacing broken tiles, unclogging drains, etc.Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs.Liaise with external contractors for specialized repair work.Monitor and report facility issues to the management promptly.Ensure compliance with safety standards and basic building codesQualifications, knowledge, and skills required : Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management, or a related field preferred.At least 1–2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or maintenance.Hands-on approach to solving minor repair issues.Knowledge of property laws and leasing regulations
