Collections Officer (For Pooling) - South Luzon

Collection

• Conducts daily collection according to schedule.
• Processes requests for sales invoice.
• Follow up overdue accounts.
• Collects cash on delivery transactions.
• Deposit payments daily.

Inventory, Reconciliation, and Pull-Out

• Conducts inventory for consignment accounts.
• Reconciles accounts.
• Generates reconciliation report.
• Assists professional sales representatives on pull outs.

Performance Management and People Development

• Knows, abides, and adheres to all company policies.
• Assesses own performance for mid year and year end.
• Initiates accomplishment of individual development plan.

Willing to do field work / out base travels

Preferably with own Motorcycle

• May conduct other duties from time to time
