Join us in leading the energy revolution!Role : This is an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Lawyer to join our Philippines office.

You will primarily support the Philippines team, with opportunities to assist on regional matters.

This position reports to the Regional Senior Lawyer in the Philippines, the local business team, and the General Counsel based in Singapore.Experience and Skills : 5-6 years of legal experience in an in-house legal team or law firmAbility to work effectively in a small, dynamic, and growing teamRobust and resilient professional attitudeAssist with transaction structuring, review, and negotiation of legal contracts (e.g., term sheets, lease agreements, share purchase agreements, development service agreements, PPAs, EPC contracts, financing documents) using templatesConduct due diligence for renewable power projectsProvide legal support on M&A and project development, including land, regulatory, and permitting matters (liaising with government agencies and local authorities), EPC, and financingAdvise on general corporate matters, commercial contracts, office leases, and employment issuesConduct legal research as neededPotential to work on regional APAC projects for Peak EnergyAssist with compliance matters using risk assessment toolsPerform other tasks as assigned by the Regional Senior Lawyer, country teams, or General CounselWe offer a competitive salary and bonus structure, along with opportunities for professional growth, ongoing mentoring, and a chance to make a meaningful impact in renewable energy.
