Conduct a comprehensive document retrieval to review and validate the completeness and accuracy of sales documents, ensuring compliance with established sales processes.2.

Interact professionally with store / outlet staff to collect and verify sales documentation, including but not limited to sales invoices, delivery receipts, return slips, and other relevant records.3.

Perform spot checks, including inventory audits and cash counts, to verify that the physical products in the delivery truck accurately correspond with the accompanying documentation and system records, ensuring inventory integrity and preventing discrepancies.4.

Execute thorough compliance checks to identify potential fraudulent practices, errors, and instances of noncompliance with company policies and procedures.5.

Meticulously document findings and prepare detailed daily reports summarizing route ride activities, and observations.Minimum QualificationsQualifications : Candidate must be at least a college level or graduate of business or vocational course / certificationAt least one (1) year of working experience in a related field is requiredWilling to work flexible hours and travel to various locations to validate shortages and retrieve documents as neededMust know how to drive at least a 2-wheel vehicleFeel secure when applying : look for the verified icon and always do your research on a company.
