Head of Loyalty, Retention & Sales Affiliate ProgramHead of Loyalty, Retention & Sales Affiliate ProgramThe Head of Loyalty, Retention & Sales Affiliate Program will be responsible for driving customer retention, loyalty initiatives, and the Smart Infinity Sales Affiliate Program.

This strategic role ensures that Smart Infinity's high-net-worth customers remain engaged, loyal, and actively promote the brand through strong referral and affiliate programs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.

Loyalty & Retention StrategyDevelop and execute high-value loyalty & retention programs tailored for Smart Infinity's premium clientele (HNWIs, executives, business leaders, affluent professionals).Strengthen Smart Infinity's membership value proposition through exclusive concierge services, VIP privileges, and personalized engagement programs.Oversee concierge-driven perks such as Aspire Lifestyles, DragonPass, luxury hotel tie-ups, premium lifestyle discounts to increase customer engagement & brand stickiness.Establish VIP engagement programs such as anniversary perks, premium surprise gifts, and exclusive Infinity events to retain top-tier subscribers.Work closely with Usage & Customer Value Management (CVM) Team to create targeted upgrade & retention offers for high-value customers considering downgrades.Develop data-driven churn prevention programs, identifying early indicators of potential disconnections and proactively offering win-back incentives.2.

Smart Infinity Sales Affiliate Program (Elite Brand Ambassadors & HNW Sales Growth)Design, develop, and execute the Smart Infinity Sales Affiliate Program, a network of contracted luxury brand ambassadors, real estate agents, wealth managers, and high-net-worth sales professionals who will drive Infinity subscriptions via premium referrals & targeted selling.Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of highly connected sales affiliates who can tap into HNW communities and drive acquisition growth.Structure a commission-based compensation model, ensuring strong incentives for top-performing affiliates while maintaining cost efficiency.Implement performance tracking mechanisms (CRM, lead validation, sales conversion analytics) to measure affiliate effectiveness and optimize sales strategies.Ensure affiliate integration with brand activations, leveraging luxury networking events, club memberships, and premium gatherings for lead generation.Work closely with Activations & Brand Engagement to align affiliate-driven sales efforts with on-ground brand visibility.3.
