Follow-up : Ensuring timely responses to emails and following up on pending inquiries.

Client Communication : Responding to client questions and concerns via email.

Report Generation : Creating and sending weekly reports.

Task Management : Maintaining an ongoing task list and managing administrative tasks.

Requirements :

Proficiency in English.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail.

Reliable internet connection and necessary computer equipment (headset, webcam).
