Position Responsibilities

Deltek is seeking a dynamic regional Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to play a pivotal role in aligning our people strategy with business objectives. This leader will partner closely with senior executives and HR Centers of Excellence (including Global Learning, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition) to drive high-impact HR initiatives that enhance organizational performance and cultivate a strong, engaged workforce.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic counsel on workforce planning, leadership development, change management, and organizational design to ensure Deltek remains an employer of choice. Leading a team of HR Business Partners, you will foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation while championing HR best practices across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead & Develop : Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing regional HRBP team, ensuring they deliver exceptional HR partnership to business leaders.
• Strategic Partnership : Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing data-driven insights and HR solutions that align with business needs.
• People & Culture : Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent management, and leadership effectiveness, ensuring Deltek continues to attract and retain top talent.
• Change & Transformation : Serve as a change agent, guiding leaders through organizational change, workforce planning, and cultural transformation.
• Global Collaboration : Partner with HRBP leaders worldwide to implement global HR strategies while tailoring approaches to regional needs.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize HR metrics, analytics, and market trends to shape people strategies and enhance workforce effectiveness.
• Compliance & Best Practices : Act as the regional expert on employment laws, regulatory changes, and labor relations, partnering with Legal as needed.
