ResponsibilitesCheck and process all requests for export processing (sea and air)Ensures completeness and accuracy of export documents neededCoordinates with different parties re : status of the cargo such as factory, sales office, client, carrier, trucker, among others.Prepare billing invoicesQualificationsCollege Graduate of logistics / any related course.Otherwise, with experience working in a logistics company processing export shipments is required.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Experience in working with a foreign client is a plus factor
- Experience in using SAP program is an advantage but not required.
- Familiar with different documents needed in export processing
- Fast learner, detail-oriented and highly adaptable
- Amenable to work in Parañaque City
- can start ASAP
Schedule :
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay :
- 13th month salary
