Senior Total Rewards Manager
Summary :
The purpose of this role is to lead the strategic development and implementation of comprehensive reward and benefit programs to attract, retain, and support a diverse workforce within the organisation . This involves de signing and managing innovative, cost-effective, and competitive remuneration framewor ks while ensuring complian ce with regulations and promoting a culture of wellness.
Responsibilities :
- Translate strategy into operational objectives and administer streamlined policies and procedures.
- Manage the evolution of reward and benefits infrastructure to attract and retain employees.
- Make informed decisions to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and industry best practices.
- Oversee significant company assets by monitoring program performance and managing expenditures.
- Execute innovative benefits strategy to promote a culture of wellness for employees .
- Utilise due diligence to advocate for changes in benefit programs to attract and retain talent.
- Ensure benefit program design utilises best practices through research and continuous improvement.
- Lead global Total Rewards projects from design through implementation.
- Work in partnership with stakeholders to build and deliver functional solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements to minimise risk exposure .
Work Experience :
Necessary Work Experience includes :
Significant experience in remuneration and benefits in a global company.Proven experience in working with senior executive stakeholders .Expertise in executive total rewards program design .Qualifications :
Necessary Qualifications include :
Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Preferred Qualifications include :
Postgraduate Degree.
