The Job

You will be responsible for :

Preparing comprehensive take-off with Planswift

Preparing comprehensive cost estimates for all stages of construction projects (conceptual, schematic, and detailed) based on RSmeans and real contractor price

Analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project plans to determine material and labour costs.

Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather required project information.

Researching and sourcing the most cost-effective materials and subcontractors.

Identifying potential risks and preparing contingency cost estimates.

Maintaining and updating a database of costs and pricing structures.

Preparing reports and presenting estimates to project stakeholders.

The Profile

You have experience estimating residential low-to-mid-rise buildings.

You are proficient in construction estimation software, such as Planswift, RSmeans, and Excel.

You have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

You understand construction codes, regulations, and industry standards.

You can work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

You are a strong communicator and can collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

You are full of energy, but at the same time, you are detail-oriented, able to focus, and will start a cover letter with the phrase : "The right decision."
