Key responsibilities
Collaborate with Supply Inventory Team for all transportation needs
Coordinate with Central Hub Team for all outbound / inbound transactions
Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
Standardize product loading patterns (sample; layer of products).
Monitoring aging of containers at the port and collaborate with MFC Inventory Supervisor on scheduling of containers to be delivered within free time (Prevention of storage and detention charges)
Align with MFC Inventory Supervisor, Area Manager and AGM's to prioritize the containers carrying SKU with critical supply level.
Address any problems or complaints that may arise quickly and amicably
Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
Ensures that all orders are delivered to Hubs in a timely fashion.
Maintains and manages delivery schedule.
Prepare accurate daily, monthly reports
Identify process bottlenecks
Determine and track 3PL KPI's
Analyze data and consider performance modifications and implement improvements
Staying on budget, increase productivity, hone accuracy, and adhere to safety standards
Making sure to charge all damage and missing items due to transportation or mishandling by service providers.
Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, skills and experience requirements
At least 1-2 years experience in Logistics, Supply chain and Containerized Shipment
Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations
Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational skills and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Have strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.

Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions

Qualifications, certifications and education requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, CIE is a plus, logistics, supply chain or relevant field
