Job description

We're looking for a BIM Director to lead our Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) team.

This role is all about helping the team work smarter—through better systems, clear goals, and efficient use of BIM tools.

The right person will guide the team, manage operations, and make sure we deliver great results for our clients.

Job Description :

Leading BIM / VDC operations and making sure everything aligns with company goals
Guiding the team to deliver high-quality results on time
Managing tools, standards, and workflows for consistent project delivery
Reviewing proposals and helping with business development
Planning future projects and improving existing systems
Solving problems and reducing project risks
Working closely with top management to meet strategic plans

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM, VDC, or similar leadership role

Experience managing teams and technical processes

Strong understanding of BIM workflows, tools, and industry best practices

Skilled in planning, organizing, and evaluating projects

Comfortable with proposal review and client interaction

Strong leadership and communication skills

Background in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field

Familiar with tools like Revit, Navisworks, or similar software

Amenable to work at Clark, Pampanga
