Duties and Responsbilities :
Candidate Sourcing and Advertising :
- Post job vacancies on various job portals, social media platforms, and company websites.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through online databases, social networks, and other channels.
Application Screening and Shortlisting :
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.Scheduling and Coordinating Interviews :
Arrange interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.Communicate interview details and follow-ups with candidates.Candidate Communication :
Maintain regular communication with applicants regarding their application status.Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.Data Entry and Record Keeping :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases.Track application statuses and generate reports as needed.Assisting with Onboarding Processes :
Support new hire documentation and onboarding arrangements.Facilitate communication between new employees and relevant departments.7.Administrative Support :
Prepare recruitment-related documentation and correspondence.Assist in organizing recruitment events or career fairs.Compliance and Confidentiality :
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.Maintain confidentiality of candidate information at all times.Additional Support :
Perform other administrative duties related to recruitment as assigned by the HR team.
