Transportation Lead Staff

Job descriptionReceive and coordinate the University's transportation requirements and shuttle services. Ensure that all transportation-related requests and end-users are treated courteously and respectfully at all times. Perform spot checks on drivers to ensure that they maintain proper hygiene and good grooming as exhibited, among others by wearing a clean uniform, polished shoes, and smelling clean prior to a trip. Coordinate scheduled trips with accredited external service providers and customers with transportation requests. Coordinate with the drivers, administrators, and other affected parties in the event of a vehicular accident, theft or injury to a passenger which transpired during a trip. Assist in the establishment of standards of performance for service evaluation as well as service innovations for continuous process improvement. Render regular reports on the operations and activities of the office, such as transaction statistics and incident report, and others as may be required. Perform other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane, or related to and / or implied from the ones enumerated above. Job Types Full-time, Permanent Salary Php24,000.00 - Php24,187.00 per month 8 hour shift Day shift 13th month salary Biñan City, Laguna : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Education Bachelor's (required) Experience Transportation Related : 1 year (required)
Qualifications :
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course;
- Must have at least one (1) year related work experience;
- Must have good oral and written communication skills;
- Must be dependable, organized, service-oriented, and, with interpersonal skills
- Must be keen to details and accuracy;
