Qualifications : Bachelors Degree.

Must have 2 years of professional experience in a non-voice customer service function with direct experience managing customer feedback, complaints, inquiries, etc. through various online platforms.

Must have excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills with strong comprehension of English language and US vernacular.
