As our new Sales & Partnerships Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing our global network of recruitment partners, ensuring student enrollment targets are met while building lasting, strategic relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a global portfolio of recruitment agencies
  • Source and sign new agents in strategic international markets
  • Conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications
  • Travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships
  • Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates
  • Track activities, leads, and commissions using Zoho CRM
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, contribute ideas, and hit KPIs
  • Provide occasional student counseling when required
  • Attend team meetings online and in person (e.g., Makati or other hubs)

What We’re Looking For

You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, enjoys talking to people, and loves the challenge of turning conversations into results.

Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or international recruitment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and data-informed decision making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
  • Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Bonus Points For :

  • Experience in international education or working with student recruitment agents
  • Knowledge of visa processes and student mobility trends
  • Experience working in multicultural, global environments
  • Additional language skills
