Job description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Willing to be assigned in Makati City.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Give support to the Operations Manager in making sure that the daily clinic operations runs smoothly such as ensuring machines are properly functioning in coordination with the technical engineer staff and that proper housekeeping is implemented in the clinic.

Supervise the clinical / operations team together with the Operations Manager and or in the absence of the Operations Manager.

Attend to patient complaints, concerns and issues by providing solutions and provide written report to the management regarding the received concern.

Monitoring of schedules for doctors, nurses, receptionists and housekeeping staff.

Conduct thorough research with competitors' operation processes & procedures.

Suggest plans & new techniques that will help to improve the current status of operations in the company.

Salary

Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule :

8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay :

13th month salary

Ability to commute / relocate :

Makati City : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
