About the role

The Exclusive Networks PH is looking for

Pre- Sales Engineer

to join us in Manila. Exclusive

Networks is a trusted digital infrastructure specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for proving pre / post sales support to our sales team in positioning cybersecurity solutions.

We are looking for engineers who can be part of Exclusive Network who can exhibit a services first ideology.

As the

Pre- Sales Engineer

you will :

Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, challenges, and objectives.

Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionality, and benefits of our solutions.

Translate customer needs into tailored solution designs and proposals that align with our product portfolio.

Assist in the creation and review of RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) by providing technical expertise and input.

Engage in technical discussions and solution design sessions with customers, understanding their technical environment and providing recommendations.

Identify and address technical objections or concerns raised by customers, providing appropriate responses and solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and professional services, to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of proposed solutions.

Conduct product evaluations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical workshops to demonstrate the functionality and feasibility of our solutions.

Stay

up-to-date

with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and solution selling skills.

Work closely with the Pre-Sales Team Lead & colleagues to achieve goals and KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Review project sow with presales, sales team or post sales lead
  • Conducts project kick off and discuss prerequisites
  • Conducts project implementation and configuration vs agreed sow and timeline
  • Provides activity reports vs project progress
  • Conducts User Acceptance Test of completed projects
  • Conducts Knowledge transfer of completed projects
  • Provides As built documentation of completed projects
  • Provides L1-L2 after sales support via agreed SLA
  • Coordinates support for L3 TAC suppor
