Template & Video Content Creator (WFH - Full Time)

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, creative professional who can design engaging forms, create tutorial and marketing videos, and conduct client-facing demos for a growing platform.

About the Role :

Work Setup : Work-from-home (WFH)

Client Location : Australia-based

Work Hours : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

Design smart, user-friendly forms using IndyForms

Produce high-quality tutorial and marketing videos

Host demos and walkthroughs for clients

Collaborate using tools like Trello, Slack, Google Docs, and Synthesia

Continuously explore AI tools for creative and operational tasks

Tools You’ll Be Using :

IndyForms

Trello (project management)

Slack (team comms)

Google and Microsoft suite

Synthesia (AI video generation)

ChatGPT (for scripting, design prompts)

Canva (graphics & animation)

MS Teams, Google Meet, etc. (for client meetings)

Equipment Requirements :

Laptop with at least 8GB RAM, Intel Core i3, and Windows 11

30-60-90 Day Success Plan (What Success Looks Like)

In the first 90 days, the Template & Video Content Creator is expected to :

Learn IndyForms and internal tools, completing 3+ starter templates and 1 internal tutorial video.

Begin creating client-facing content, including 5+ published forms, 3 videos, and co-hosting demos by Day 60.

By Day 90, independently manage full video+form projects, lead client walkthroughs, and introduce AI-powered creative or process improvements.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

Strong proficiency in tools such as Canva , Synthesia , Google Suite , and Trello

Experience creating form-based workflows , tutorial videos , or marketing content

Confident hosting client-facing demos or training sessions via MS Teams or Google Meet

Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

Ability to script, storyboard, and edit short videos

Strong interest or experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia) for content generation and productivity

Demonstrated ability to take initiative , work independently, and manage multiple projects

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) :

Experience working in SaaS , tech startups , or digital agencies

Knowledge of form builders (e.g., IndyForms, Typeform, Jotform)

Basic understanding of UX principles or workflow automation

Background in content design , marketing , or instructional design

Requirements

Portfolio showcasing social or product videos that explain, convert, or engage. Basic understanding of video KPIs and performance-driven content. Highly organized, self-managed, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision. Bonus : Experience creating SaaS product explainers, onboarding clips, or motion branding assets.
