Qualifications :
BS Agriculture graduate
1-2 years of work experience in the same field is an advantage
Strong technical working knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player with a positive outlook
Responsibility :
Deliver the secondary sales objectives of his assigned territory
Communicate the features, advantages, and benefits(FAB) of products to farmers / end-users and other stakeholders
Implement sales and marketing program to ensure product grounding and market share
Creation of a market for all products with emphasis on key Biostadt products
Organizes and establishes appropriate field activities to promote Biostadt products through :
a. commercial demo plot average of 10 demos per month
Farmer's field day link to commercial demo plot
c. Farmers meeting an average of 8 per month
