JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
Manage our email calendar, affiliate calendar and broadcasts, including resending to unopens and tracking email marketing revenueSet up autoresponders and complex triggering for email automations in Kartramanaging A / B testing for subject linesTrack data for things like web traffic / social stats, email marketing KPIs like CVR, OR, CTR, EPC / EPL, PPM, revenue etc., Google Ads performance and on=page conversion KPIs, Funnel performance KPIs, and other similar reporting with an emphasis on pulling accurate numbers (and knowing what they mean)Collaborate with our marketing team to optimize performance of our email marketing effortsManage our email marketing efforts by following best practices around email sendsManage UTM codes for tracking external linkbacksBuilding and optimizing landing pages, sales funnels, and membership sites within Kartra; experience with memberships in Kartra a huge plusConfigure and manage product listings, including pricing, payment gateways, and delivery methods in KartraHandle appointment scheduling and onboarding of new clients, to include onboarding calls that orient them to our ecosystem and get them excited about working with usAssist clients with queries related to their order status, available products, dispatch details, payment details, etc via emails and deal with multiple clients at the same timeManaging our leads pipeline to ensure our scheduling funnel is always working properly, calendar is managed, and appointments are set in a timely fashion, and all activities are tracked properly in our system for reportingOrder labs and supplements for our clientsThe Profile
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
At least 3 years of email marketing experience required; Have 2+ years of experience setting up complex email automations and work flows with various tags and triggers in Kartra or similar CRM (Keap, High Level, Hubspot, etc)Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, i.e. email / chat supportIntermediate to expert experience in Kartra is a huge plusUnderstand email KPIs, including CVR, OR, CTR, EPC / EPL, PPM, revenue etc. a huge plusUnderstands segmenting & optimizing for email conversionsGoogle / Facebook Ads account management experience and knowledge of Retargeting / Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media / Video Advertising a huge plusDemonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writingBe well-versed in digital marketing tools + best practices, including Zapier, Kartra, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio,, etc.Familiarity with CRM systems and best practicesExperience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and ZoomJob Type : Full-time
Schedule : Sunday to Thursday 3PM CST to 12PM CST / Monday to Friday, 4 AM to 1PM PHT
Salary Range : PHP 40,000 - PHP 60,000 monthly, Depending on experience
