Role Profile

Reporting into the Regional Manager, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for transforming the Philippines into a strategic core market for Tirlán. Accountable for both Food Service & Retail channels, this role brings great opportunity for a business development manager to truly optimise & challenge their full skillset and network within the region.

The chosen candidate will work closely with current distributors to scale up and drive new prospects to reach our full potential in the Philippines.

Professional experience

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a sales related role
  • Experience selling premium imported dairy products in the food service channel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial savvy
  • Negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • IT literate including Microsoft excel
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English
  • Salary conditions will be defined according to the profile of the successful candidate. There will be annual targets set for this role which will be gauged quarterly.
