The Company Nurse coordinates the health and safety of all employees of the company.

• He / She is responsible for incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accidents and sickness and teaches employees about ways to be more responsible in the workplace.
• He / She coordinates with the health care services for injured / sick employees and counsels employees about non-occupational injuries, as well as facilitates effective communication between injured / sick employees and management.
