Job description

As the Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team, including the CEO, COO, and Operations Coordinator. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally.

The Role

  • Supporting our Operations Director with daily administrative tasks
  • Managing email communications and calendar coordination
  • Maintaining organized digital filing systems
  • Following up on action items and deadlines
  • Assisting with basic data entry and documentation
  • Taking detailed notes during meetings and distributing summaries
  • Helping with general office administration tasks

Schedule : 12am to 8am Philippine Time

Ideal Profile

TECH REQUIREMENTS :

  • Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
  • Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed
  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant;
  • C-suite experience is a huge plus
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proactive communication style
  • Experience with administrative support tasks
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools (Slack, ClickUp, Google Drive)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of business operations
  • Ability to follow processes and suggest improvements
  • Comfortable working in a support role
  • Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
