Support the Legal Services team within CSG functional area within company in reviewing the End User License Agreement / License terms of various commercial and non-commercial software requested for installation within company

• Conduct compliance and legal risk analysis for non-standard software used in project solutions.
• Review, evaluate and recommend, the rights and restrictions involved in a software license agreement, end user license agreement of non-standard software and analyze the associated risks in using the software on company owned devices in accordance with the users intended scope of usage.
• Support implementation of new initiatives in License Management area or within Legal Services (in addition to allocated role)
