HR Expertise : Thorough understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.

Technology Proficiency : Skilled in using HR management systems (HRIS) and data analysis tools.Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.Project Management : Proven ability to manage multiple projects and company activities simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

Problem-solving Skills : Ability to identify and resolve HR issues proactively.

Collaboration Skills : Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.HR System ManagementMaintains and updates HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate data and efficient operations.Recruitment SupportResponsible with recruitment processes in the areas of operations (both replacements and branch expansions) including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding of new hires.Salary and Benefits AdministrationProvides support to HR Head Office team in the administration of employee benefits, to ensure conformity and compliance with regional regulations and Company policies.Employee Process ManagementOversees the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to termination, including performance reviews, career development, and employee relations.Policy ImplementationImplements new HR policies and procedures, communicating them to employees, and ensuring compliance.Compliance ManagementObserves compliance with labor laws and regulations related to employment, including data privacy and special policies.Reporting and AnalysisProvides support to HR Data Analytics in generating HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.Process ImprovementIdentifies opportunities to streamline HR processes and optimize efficiency.Employee Engagement InitiativesContributes to employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.People ManagementDirects, plans and manages Senior HRBPs in accordance with the organization's strategic direction Interacts and works closely with the team to identify deliverable gaps and possible solutions.

Oversees and monitors team's budget and expenses.Ad hoc TasksPerforms other duties required by superior from time to time
