Job ID : 995488)Responsibilities : Responsible for project management of infrastructure services supplied / offered by the Company that include, but not limited to hospital infrastructure, animal facilities, laboratory furniture, industrial, schools and other systems.Manage ACMV, HVAC system laboratory projects to completion in both Singapore and / or international standard, adhering to quality assurance policies and meeting performance standardsLiaise with all stakeholders including facility management, architects, M&E consultants on engineering design and user specification, ensuring compliancePart-take in project tendering meetings and provide technical advice to tender teamPrepare and manage project schedule and monitor project activities by project team to ensure compliance to activity execution timelineProvide technical support to Support sales team from time to time.Ensure Workplace Safety and Health is implemented at site.Any other ad-hoc assigned.Requirements : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering3 years of relevant work experience handling construction projects (designing & management)Experience in ACMV / HVACTo apply, kindly send your updated resume to
