Job Summary : We’re hiring for voice and non-voice accounts. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and career shifters looking to build a long-term career in the call center / customer service industry. Responsibilities : - Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Document customer interactions and maintain records of transactions. - Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
