Position : ServiceNow Developer

Location : Taguig City

Industry : Shared Services

Work Set-up : Work from home

Salary : Php130,000 gross

Job responsibilities :

Designs, develops and documents new ServiceNow Module configurations and services
Estimates work effort required through to implementation
Assists System Administrator with ServiceNow incidents and requests
Provides guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators

Job Requirements :

Must be a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator; preferably with ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification and / or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

2+ years of ServiceNow development, configuration and advanced system administration experience

Knowledge of ITIL processes, ITIL Foundations Certification is a plus

Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships

Experience in Active Directory / LDAP

Must have experience developing process documentation
