Workshop the loan scenarios, including product research, serviceability, and document verification
Checking bank policy and carrying out servicing calculations
Post settlement duties such as follow up client calls to assist with bank onboarding, compliance checks, tight database management, client review preparation such as valuations / reports, loan pricing, variations, responding to client requirements
Review of tasks completed by admin support to high standards and in a timely manner
Management of work in progress pipeline
Providing excellent client experience
Ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory guidelines
Required to build and manage a team over time
Minimum of 2 years loan processing experience (ideally 3-5 years) or working within a bank or mortgage brokerage in Australia.
Must possess strong attention to detail and is highly organised
Ability to interpret a set of financial statements, tax returns and Business Group Structure
Ability to manage a high-volume workload and work well in a high-pressure busy environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills with ability to problem solve
High-level skills using MS Word, Excel, etc
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to pick up the phone and speak to clients when required
Ideally, has practical knowledge and experience with Salestrekker (not mandatory)
5-day work week following AU business schedule (9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM AEDT)
Exposure to world-class, high-level management from foreign direct superiors
