BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Regional IT Manager ensures systems continuity across all elements of foundational infrastructure (Servers, Laptops, Single Sign-On, Active Directory, Network, Wireless, VOIP etc.) and coordinate the Incident Management and Technical Support Level 1 and 2 for the Region.
It also handles the Store Opening / Closure projects, in strict collaboration with IT Retail Mgr and Head of Finance.
PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
CONTACTS AND RELATIONS
Reports functionally to the Global Head of Infrastructure.
Initially it will be the successful candidate’s responsibility to support large infrastructure projects during the transition away from existing systems.
The Regional IT Manager will function within a design, build and operational team who work within enterprise scale service providers (including helpdesk, network, security, hosting, authentication, desktops)
The IT Manager will draw on previous experience of supporting the design and delivery of an infrastructure strategy which is aligned to a technical governance framework and strategic priorities.
