BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Regional IT Manager ensures systems continuity across all elements of foundational infrastructure (Servers, Laptops, Single Sign-On, Active Directory, Network, Wireless, VOIP etc.) and coordinate the Incident Management and Technical Support Level 1 and 2 for the Region.

It also handles the Store Opening / Closure projects, in strict collaboration with IT Retail Mgr and Head of Finance.

PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

  • Good technical knowledge on Azure, Microsoft365, Meraki.
  • Good knowledge of POS systems, eg Retail Pro Prims or Oracle X-Store
  • Attitude to Teamwork, Problem Solving, Incidents trouble-shooting
  • Min.5 years in similar role in a Retail / Fashion company
  • Japanese –  mother tongue or advanced
  • English    –  recommended fluent

CONTACTS AND RELATIONS

Reports functionally to the Global Head of Infrastructure.

Initially it will be the successful candidate’s responsibility to support large infrastructure projects during the transition away from existing systems.

The Regional IT Manager will function within a design, build and operational team who work within enterprise scale service providers (including helpdesk, network, security, hosting, authentication, desktops)

The IT Manager will draw on previous experience of supporting the design and delivery of an infrastructure strategy which is aligned to a technical governance framework and strategic priorities.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Regional Employees Onboarding
  • Support managing SMC Active Directory
  • Support managing SMC SD-WAN Network
  • Support SMC Wireless Network
  • Support managing SMC VOIP
  • Experience administering Microsoft AD / O365.
  • Support and managing SMC SSO.
  • Support ongoing management of overall infrastructure across the world.
  • Provide an expert service management for external vendors, driving delivery of unique local solutions, on behalf of the Stella McCartney IT team.
  • Take ownership to log, process and resolve issues through the helpdesk and issue tracking systems, working with other internal team members or third-party support to resolve or escalate operational problems in a timely fashion
  • Able to function as a single point of contact for all the regional colleagues on infrastructure needs.
  • Responsible for the regional management of Stella McCartney’s infrastructure assets.
  • This includes the responsibility for the obsolescence replacement and new joiners provision.
  • Responsible for infrastructure availability and transparency for end-to-end regional business processes.
