Job Title : Cloud Operations EngineerLocation : ComClark Building, Clark Freeport ZoneDepartment : Cloud Operations / IT InfrastructureJob Type : Full-timeJob OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and support Tencent's cloud platforms.

You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and efficiency of cloud systems while driving improvements in automation and operational practices.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage Tencent's cloud platforms (deployment, monitoring, billing, and metering).Ensure stability and performance of cloud infrastructure.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during operations.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and deliver timely support.Document recurring issues and recommend improvements to internal processes.Work closely with developers to optimize system performance and enhance automation.QualificationsEducational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent international qualification).Experience & Technical Skills : At least 3 years' experience in Linux system operations, tuning, and optimization.Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., KVM, Xen, OpenStack, CloudStack) or major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).Knowledge of TCP / IP networking (CCNA / HCIA certification is a plus).Hands-on experience with container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).Familiar with MySQL and Ceph storage systems.Skilled in automation and scripting (Python, Shell).Experience with middleware tools (Zookeeper, Kafka, Elasticsearch, MQ) and common configurations (Yum, NTP, PXE).Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud) are a plus.Soft Skills : Proactive, fast learner, and team player.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Able to work under pressure and handle on-call responsibilities.High sense of accountability and attention to detail.
