Sales Executiveis generally oversees various activities that lead up to the purchase and sales of properties.He / She is primarily assigned to develop and sustain a viable clientele in his / her specific area of assignment to ensure compliance to the sales and collection targets in his / her area.
- Team Management
- Monitors and maintains three (3) to five (5) Property Specialists.
- Trains and coaches Property Specialist.
- Creates work plan for Property Specialists.
- Delegates generated leads from BD to Property Specialists.
- Provides full supervision of Property Specialists.
- Sales Management
- Develops sales strategies to achieve sales quota.
- Creates sales scripts.
- Assists Property Specialists in sales presentation if necessary.
- Coordinates the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
- Conducts sales presentation to personal client if any.

- Administrative Task
- Tracks and reports sales data for reporting to BD and Operations Manager.
- Collects and submits sales documents of buyers to Sales Admin Department.
- Observes and consistently commits to abide all company policies, procedures and employee code of discipline.
- Submits itinerary, travel expense reimbursement, activity plans, liquidations and other reportorial requirements within the prescribed period of compliance.
- Performs other related duties as required.
